Hello and thanks for taking the time to look at my blog! I’m a musician from Maryland who loves to write and learn new things, especially regarding technology and history.
My primary full-time job is as an Assistant Professor of Music at Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland (USA), where I conduct the college orchestra and teach introductory classes in music theory and history as well as private lessons in trumpet and conducting. I also serve as the Music Director and Conductor of the Frederick Symphony Orchestra, a semi-professional community orchestra full of wonderful musicians in Central Maryland that I have led for over 13 years. When I am not conducting or teaching, I play the trumpet professionally with several groups including the Baltimore Chamber Orchestra and Baltimore’s Bach Concert Series, and I also serve on the Editorial Committee of the International Trumpet Guild Journal.
If you want to know more information about where I went to school and other secrets of my musical past, please feel free to consult my web page: http://faculty.goucher.ekoehler.

Elisa:
Enjoyed watching the performances on Utube, the sound and video quality are quite good. You are missing all the fun here with the Artic-like weather, oh well. I know it will be hard to leave that wonderful place at Paderdon. We look forward to having you back. Have a safe trip.
